Bioastronautics Journal Club
Our Mission
Our mission is to allow attendees to stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in human spaceflight research while allowing new ideas and connections to emerge in a safe and inclusive space for all!
Who are WE?
We are a community of students, scientists, clinicians, engineers and thinkers who come together once every month – virtually - to discuss advancements in human spaceflight research. What started as a small group of colleagues and acquaintances has grown to an international and interdisciplinary community transcending disciplines and borders!
Why should YOU Join us?
We are an open access (free!) online forum for people to communicate about human spaceflight and space medicine.
People from all levels (high school/undergraduate/graduate students to experts) are welcome and engage in meaningful discussions and learn from one another.
We have created an online platform for networking between individuals in academia, research and space agencies and organizations, forming connections between US and overseas attendees.
The Journal Club presents opportunities for students and young professionals to present scientific information, learn how to explore the literature and receive feedback on their communication of science.
