Be the Spark for the Next Space Generation
Hope for a better future starts here.
At OSMED, we believe that human spaceflight inspires hope: hope for innovation, hope for unity, and hope for a brighter future for our children. By supporting OSMED, you’re not just funding research or education—you’re igniting dreams and enabling a new era of exploration.
We feel it is our responsibility to help people see how human spaceflight brings us together.
The Apollo 11 moon landing inspired a generation to dream big and excel in the sciences.
Your support of OSMED helps ensure the peaceful exploration of space continues to unite humanity and inspire the next generation
Why Support OSMED?
Inspire Generations: Space exploration has the power to capture imaginations and drive progress, just as it did during the Apollo missions.
Advance Human Knowledge: Your contribution supports cutting-edge research on human health, safety, and technology in space.
Foster Inclusivity: We’re working to make space accessible for everyone, including those who don’t fit the traditional astronaut mold.
“We choose to go to the Moon… not because it is easy, but because it is hard.” – John F. Kennedy

Why Now?
“At the close of the turbulent year 1968, one American wrote to [Apollo 8 Astronaut Frank] Borman with a simple message: “You saved 1968.” The assassinations of Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy, the race riots in many American cities, the protests, the war and a president’s political downfall marked that year as one of the most memorable in 20th century history, and the Apollo mission, indeed, allowed it to end on a momentous note. It proved that human beings could do more than struggle, oppress and kill: They could accomplish something wondrous.” — Alice George, How Apollo 8 ‘Saved’ 1968,
We live in a time of uncertainty and rapid change, but also a time of immense opportunity. Just as Apollo 8’s “Earth Rise” photo inspired hope in a turbulent 1968, OSMED is working to bring that same inspiration to today’s world.
At OSMED, we choose to work on human spaceflight because it unites us, inspires us, and equips us to solve challenges both on Earth and beyond.
